French Etched Mirror Tray with removable Chrome Handles

Description: I purchased this mirror in SW France


It's a mirror tray with chrome handles and ball feet. The ball feet unscrew & you can remove the handles.


I think it's 1940's but can't be sure - would just love some more information and approx valuation.
