It was found in a shop full of old junk and the original owner of it can't be contacted. I think it belongs in the kitchen, but I'm not sure what purpose it is intended to have. I am wanting to know if anybody knows what it is. It is almost definitely not handmade and there aren't any markings on it, not even a .925. Keywords: Spinning kitchen thing, what is it?!?!
