Description: This came from a family member in Tx. There is a signature on bottom (see pic), but I can't quite make it out. It looks like WW Storey or something near that. There are also letters that look like L Ml (or close to it) on base. It is 8 3/4 in at tallest point and 8 1/2 in wide. I was told it was a collectible.
