Masons patent ironstone, 1940s, vista England guaranteed permanent acid resistant color, pink floral set. I found the set but am unable to locate this cup specifically.

I have no idea what this is. It says "Arthur E. Mason" across the front, but that has not been helpful.

About the size of a mason jar lid, with no way to screw it onto anything. It has a gothic/old English calligraphy "F" on it. Found it while metal detecting.
