it is a stand, i presume art deco. she is holding a tray that does lift up but does not stay up.. approx 60cm tall

Thought it might be a soup tureen with a warming stand, but not sure? About s foot tall. There is the lud, with a place for ladle to hang, the spherical body, and the stand.
