Has a bulb on top. Two pressure guards. Multiple pressure valves. Porcelain Hubbell receptacle. Missing bulbs on front panel.

Found this at an estate sale. Approx. 4" tall, 11" long With a pouring spout it obviously to hold a liquid. Gravy? I doubt it... Hole/spout on each end ...
