A tooth of some kind I'm guessing I found along the banks of the ohio river while fishing one day wanting to find out how old and what its from and if any value

The only things I can find that are similar are victorian toothpicks, earwax scoops, or opium spoons. images don't show scale. it measures 70mm closed, 106mm extended.

Was given by family member. Thought to be a sheffield 1890s exhibition multi-tool. Not all parts displayed. Tortoise shell toothpick with slot. Pearl outer casing.
