Description: There are no Identifying marks such as dates manufactures of any sort the only identifiable marks I see on this item is the designs. It had a green film on it but I originally thought it was brass but it cleaned up to look the way it does in the pictures there are some residues of where the flowers may have been painted at one time or another. Any help would be greatly appreciated
