On the outside of item is a Flag with the letters BH inside. Also it says PATENTED JUL 90KSEP 1007. On the inside one end has what appears to be a wick material. The other end has a very small diameter wire with two small balls hooked to it. I have no idea what this maybe.. I have no idea how old it even maybe. Can anyone please help identify this.
