It spins around upside down with the handle. The lid on the inside can tighten up with the top screw so no air can be allowed. I was thinking it might be a fermenter or brewery type thing but can’t find anything that looks like it on the Internet. There is no identifying marks any place on it. It feels like a light stainless steel. No heat marks on the bottom. Does not look like anything was used to much on the inside. Keywords: What is this?
