INUAERRE (letters are hard to read and most likely incorrect but best I could do.)
2" x 1/3" x 1/8"
Black inlaid stone is onyx, clear stones have breather holes in back of set stones (diamonds??)
Got in a bag of costume jewelry with a lot of West Germany silver pins, earrings & brooches
