This item is all wood with springs and wires. No identifying marks anywhere. It measure 4.5 by 3.5 inches. The two small rings are attached to springs and the horizontal wire is removable. Got it at a garage sale in Sacramento, CA It looks like a string came down through the top and attached to a non-moveable ring.
