One says either Tagi or Tasi, other says Delhi. The One piece unscrews,all parts move on there own and the mirror is in perfect condition. No date, and it seems to be very uncommon. I have no idea what it is, what year, what company, nothing. It to me is bizarre and an item and am extremely intrigued by. Any information would be helpful. thank you.
