First of all,some of the browning is on the inside of the glass. I can only place three pics here, but have more of the picture itself out of the glass, so as to show what browning/brown spots are actually on the picture.
It is by Tsugoharu Foujita. It is French Japanese and the taped tag says, an original oil, but I can't be sure of this at all.
Including the frame it measures approx. 19 1/4"X 26 1/2".
