Serrated to. One side is mural of horned animal crossing water with the name NORIEGA by the handle with unidentifiable numbers under it. Other side says in spanish, "EL-QUE-MUCHO-ABARCA-POCO.APRIETA." Found it in a pile of scrap metal and want to know history or anything i can about it. Thank you, Steven.
