Description: Can anyone tell me what this is? It has no identifying marks. It was given to me by someone who found when cleaning out their mother's house. It has numerous small holes all over the top and sides. There are openings on the bottom of the feet as well. The holes make me think it has some purpose other than just display. thanks.
