Can you help identify this vase or pitcher?

Description: This vase (or pitcher?) was donated as part of an estate. There are no markings other than "BJP" that is hand-carved on the bottom. The handles are rather ornate and I would really like to know the manufacturer or some more information about it. It's painted in pastels with sunflowers. At first it looked like possibly a Hull, but without the markings I'm having a very difficult time finding any information, or any other that looks similar. I've even tried a reverse image search. Can you help?
