We've tried to look into it but we still can't figure out what it is. We have an idea it is meant to be part of a lamp of sort, as Bladon manufactured oil lamps and various other types of lamps. At the top is a screw cap and if unscrewed there is a wick, with what we think is oil soaked into it but is only a mere guess. Keywords: T.E Bladon sons ltd 1939 piece
