Description: Top lifts up has screw mechanism inside with wood block approximately 3-1/2' to 4' long. Spring w/tighten wheel on top. One end has wheel that moves screw mechanism inside, other end has heavy metal plate to hold down and/or shear something off. Nothing electrical all manual movement.
Was told it is possibly a lathe of some kind, but has no turning mechanism.
