I found this item a few years ago in the trash. It was found in Washington state. It's not in the greatest condition.
Markings are in the pictures.
I found one on the internet (WorthPoint) that sold on an auction site. The seller described it as rare and they have never seen another like it. I've been searching for another, but can't find one. I'd love to know where it originated from - the history of it.
