Made of wood it is about 11" long. The top has slots cut all the way around and one hole on the side and another in the top. There are several loose wood ring that are loose below the top. Looks like they were made right on the shaft. The bottom has a plastic tip. Please can anyone tell me what this is? Thank you Bart Keywords: top or ???
