Description: There aren't any identifying marks or dates. the head, body and legs are one piece and the arms where connected by a string through the body. It is all hand painted. It was handed down to me from my mother who really doesn't remember anything about it (could possibly be German). It is 4" tall and about 2 wide and seems to be made out of porcelain.
