Tag in photo..T. & E. R. Buck, West Sterling, Massachusettes. No date. Registry numbers for NY and PA visible. Not sure how old, and unable to get info on the manufacturer on-line. My mother got this as a young girl from an old neighbor.?? Can you help identify? Value? Thank you!
