Copper? and Marble Etagere

Description:	This is a copper (I think it's turned green in some places), marble and glass etagere or similar. The top spins. It's heavy and ornate. Beautiful piece. Needs cleaning - will do this week. I have no information about the piece or it's origin. It's been in my family for about 30-35 years.
