Description: HAVE MANY MORE PICS I CAN SEND YOU AS WELL!!
The chair is hand carved from 1 piece of wood, interlocking, into a folding chair. The wood is a very dark wood, I think it is made from African Black Wood which is found in the Tanzania region of Africa.
The back of the chair has the head of an antelope(?) carved in to it. The feet are all carved as crocodile heads.
Seems of earlier 1900's African descent to me but I am no expert. It is heavy & weighs about 30-35lbs.
I don't see or can't find any other distinguishing markings.

If anyone can tell me any more info in regards to it, I would be forever grateful.
Where is it from? How old is it? What would the appraisal value (if any?) be for insurance purposes?

THANK YOU SO MUCH IN ADVANCE!!!
