Identify Sideboard?

Description: Just looking for name of style for this type of sideboard/buffet.
My grandmother always called it "Chinese Chippendale" but I don't know why. Looking up "Chinese Chippendale" online doesn't show anything like this.
I think it was bought in the early 1930s.
Anyone have any clues to it's identity?
Thanks!
