Need help to identify and hopefully value an item. got it in a storage unit. Believe it is a candle holder of some kind. It is 10" tall, the basket is 3 3/4 wide and 2" high. It says Raimond silverplate on the bottom. Believe it is pretty old but can not find anywhere on the internet. It has a nice patina. Any help appreciated
