Clover shape hoop end. Could be for medical, sewing, cooking, art, craft. I have no idea. No identifying markings of any kind. Found this in a junk store amongst bottle openers and fondue forks. As soon as I saw it I thought it looked unique. So I bought it just to be able to post online and hopefully have someone identify it for me. Pure curiosity.
