I recently came across this very old cast iron item that appears to be an old toy (maybe a pull toy. It has 4 wheels with round area in the middle for holding some type of item. The wheels are very decorative and each of the lower sides has a person/child hanging on each end. It measures about 5 3/4 inches tall, 13 inches long and 7 1/4 inches wide. Any help identifying the item would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance.
