It has hand embroidered flowers on a 24 inch long thick velvet material. It tapers from 4-1/2 inches wide to 9-1/2 inch wide. It has a loop on each end about an inch long. Almost looks like a ceiling fan blade cover or possible a wrap for a hot bottle. It has been framed so I do not know what the back looks like. It looks to be a little worn around the outer edges from use. Keywords: Please Identify Wrap with loops
