Description: Appears to be a figurine of Madonna praying. On the underside of the figurine is the Metzler and Orloff makers mark, along with the number 7060 on the left of it. On the back of the veil are the words Knell Owen 36 with a horizontal line above the 36 (Or at least that is what I can make of it). After various google searches for the item I can’t find anything about it, it’s as if it doesn’t exist. Belonged to my great grandmother and was a gift to her from my great grandfather. We estimate this could have been bought in the 40’s or 50’s although we’re not sure. With the name Metzler & Orloff we believe it to be of German background.
