Description: This is a metal box that when closed is approx. 3" x 2" by about 1.25" tall. It springs open and reveals what you see in the photo...like a cigar rest? and then the opposite side has something screws off that looks like it had a flame. Just not sure what this is. It was in my dad/granddad's things.
Could be European as they spent most of their time in Austria and Switzerland, skiing, etc. From 1900 through 1945 most likely.
