They had 5 different paint schemes that year and the fender looks to be off of a car with the 1972 paint scheme. I have confirmed with a representative from Petty Enterprises that the fender is real. After further research, I believe the fender came from the Rockingham race when Dale Sr spun Hamilton out. The pic attached shows the damage to be almost identical. Ive had this fender for years and not sure if its worth selling or shadow boxing. Your help is greatly appreciated. Keywords: 1996 25th Petty Racing LF fender
