Description: Received this picture frame from my mother today. Looks like some type of machinery plaque converted to a picture frame. Her uncle sold Singer Sewing Machines and this is a picture of his daughter in the frame. Would have been at the time when Singer came out with Electric Sewing Machines. It's about 3 1/2 X 4 1/2 inches. Has a Patent # on it, looks like 17019 but hard to read. On the front it is stamped with TENN and 176-882. Would like to find out exactly what this is.
