Description: Item is wooden, approx. 2'high x 3' wide and 2" thick. The metal knobs on the left move the horizontal numbered panels, while the metal knobs at the top seem to divide the numbers with the strap that appears on the one picture. Not pictured but known is on the back is a very worn (almost illegible) stamp that says Palmer Co., Utica, NY and the word instructor can also be made out. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
