Description:	Need to know what this is called? Is is a speaker for a radio? A microphone? What does it plug into? He is 4 1/2" tall. marked on back side of shoes "Walt Disney Productions (left shoe)Japan (Right shoe, On-Off switch on back. The plug has the words "REM" on short prong and "MIC" on long prong.
