Need help identifying this candle stand please. Pictures included. First, I'd like to know if anyone's seen ine like it and how old it may be. 2nd, I'd really like to know what type of metal it is. The stand part is non-magnetic and has a crack at the flash area on inside of bottom see pic. The upper part that lookes like filigree metal of some sort is magnetic. The inside of cylinder is coated with some sort of decorative hard plastic beaded rubbery substance that's multicolored. Any feedback will be greatly appreciated.
