Description: Greetings,

This thing is 3" by 3" by 1" deep. Please excuse my pics all I have is a cheap tablet.

The glass is extremely brilliant and you can see your reflection in it. It has a strange shimmer that looks aquamarine-ish, or like an oil spill in water.

I was shocked to find the only magnetic part is the pin holding the top and bottom together. I'm excitedly wondering if this could be real gold?

There are no identifying marks of any kind! No company, no gold marking karat wise, but it's intricately etched so there isn't room maybe?

Any help at all is Greatly appreciated...I'm a newbie to antiques and don't even know what to call this thing to even attempt to research it.

Thank you kindly!
