Description: This is a small unmarked little item that was found amongst my grandparents possessions. The tin it’s in and the device itself doesnt have any branding or identifying marks, we are not sure what it was used for or what it is... it would be great if anyone can tell us! You wind round the middle piece and it extends the top piece up, it then slowly winds around and causes the top piece to wind back in. Thank you so much in advance everyone!
