Description: This looks like some sort of mixer. It looks like it might be used with a brace. It has the classic square bit end, but smaller. It has 2 outer wooden paddles that move maybe 30 degrees. My original thought is that it was to mix paint but there is no hint of any paint specs to be found. Anybody?
