Has fish and flower decor along the frame. Upper right corner broke off. It has the word "smoke"on the upper part of frame. The back has a small metal tube welded to it maybe for a smoke? The back has a number 50 on the bottom right corner. Item is heavy. Keywords: Help Identify Please
