Found this at a thrift store. Having a difficult time researching. Would love to know era and value. Button reads "fulco prov r.i." and not even sure if it is leather. Powder box or shave mirror or something entirely different? Even having a difficult time finding much info on fulco. Welcome all advice. Thank you!!
