Description: Copyright 1904, my father received this in an old spinning cabinet from a hardware store. I do not know if the store used this item or if it just ended up in the cabinet. The rings are brass and they both spin. There could be a piece missing but i am not sure. If possible a price range would also be nice to know. Thanks folks.
